2007 Dodge Grand Caravan - brakes all around

The brakes in our 2007 Grand Caravan had been just starting to pulsate slightly in city driving over the last few weeks. Earlier this month my wife and I drove out to B.C. to hike, cycle, and visit family out west.

Good trip, and I'll post photos at some point. But in any case, the brakes felt a lot worse in the mountains.

I decided to replace the pads and rotors all around. Still lots of meat left on the pads, but I didn't want to reuse the old ones with the new rotors.

The brakes feel perfect now. Here's the new rotor on the R rear:

I didn't choose these specific brands - I phoned a local parts store that has provided good service in the past, and this is what they gave me.

Fit and finish on all parts was good, and I'm happy with the feel of the new brakes.

The price was good too - the store has an account with my former employer, and gives a very generous employee and retiree discount.

I checked Rock Auto, but the shipping cost on rotors was high.
