2000 Camry V6 - CV axle brands

I use Duralast Gold (Brand New) on my vehicles including my Toyota, never had an issue.
same here - been using them as weel. I like that they are new and they appear to be good quality especially compared to remans which always seem to have bad splines or hardly any grease in them.

Neoprene is ok for an inner boot since it doesn't flex as much as an outer boot that deals with steering. In fact, many newer cars will have a neoprene inner boot from the factory (though the outer boot is still thermoplastic).

As long as the outer boot is in good shape, that is the most important part.

The part number for the inner boot is 04438-06090
There are a few ebay listings from dealers from the middle east. There's also Partsouq.

Inner joints basically never fail, except on Subarus :sneaky:

I just ran that part number and it’s still produced by Toyota. It’s for both inner and outer boots, 4 clamps, and grease for the driver axle. I ordered it online at my local Toyota dealership for $52.00 out the door 😎
