im geting my sample sent in to blackstone when I drain the Oil next month.

Now this is a heckuva plan. Have members Paypal 5 bucks into a kitty to fund voa and uoa,and the guys who actually contribute decide which members engines are to be analyzed.
Obviously guys who don't donate have no vote nor say on any products to be investigated and those who donate most would have more pull when picking a product etc.
Work out the % that each persons vote represents based on contributions type thing.

I thought this was only about a VOA and not any UOAs ...
No one specific benefits more from a VOA, AFAIK. (everyone benefits the same amount - just to see what the oil looks like)
