PI and smell

I would really appreciate if anyone can tell me why my tail pipe started smelling after start using PI regularly. I am not sure if this is normal or not. untill now I have been using redline cleaner.

My first thought would be that since you are using a new product a.) you altered the chemical composition of your fuel from the redline+gasoline combo and b.) it is now burning slightly different as a result. Hence, the new smell with you wondering if you have any combustion issues.

I am not saying you have nothing wrong. However, I did the same thing when I switched away from Amsoil PI to FP60.
