Neither vid indicates if those are first rides, or new bikes. But, yes, new tires have a mold release compound on them that takes a few rides at moderate throttle inputs to wear away. Sad part is, that should have been a part of dealer prep, scrubbing the tires while on the stand, to minimize the surface boogers, and riding the bike by the service tech to see if there is anything the assembly line missed or hosed up.
