Post your current MPG

2008 YARIS sedan w/auto : 67.9 mis. / 1.55 gals. = 43.8 m.p.g.. VALERO 87 w/ 10% ethanol @ 1 click of nozzle . Temp: 46 , wet roads , 15 > 20 m.p.h. winds , COOPER Weathermaster ST-2 tires (w/o studs ) , 2 people , and avg. speed of 40 m.p.h.. New ECO-METER read 40.6 overall avg.. Had to reset it to 100 , was set at 98 .

Not good. around 60% highway 40% city. Only get the 26-27mpg in the summer on good gas with all highway going around 70.

Mine: 2001 Honda Insight - Automatic - 55 mpg (34k miles of driving since bought for $4k, now has 179k)

Wife: 2003 Honda Civic - Automatic 42.3 (40k miles of driving since bought for $6500 in 2008, now has 140k)

Currently: Buick: 25 mpg. Honda: 32 mpg. That's with winter E10 gas and full sets of snow tires on both cars. Both used for interstate-speed commuting most of the day, about 50-70 miles each per day.

3spd auto wonder what it would get with a 4spd. Still not bad for a sub $1k vehicle and the majority of that was the tires and rims.

Is this HWY MPG?
Is this current MPG for this winter?

The MPG in my wife's '01 Lexus RX-300(1mzfe) is at around 14-15 MPG city this winter.
My '04 Altima 2.5 is 21-22 MPG city this winter.
My daughter's '06 Mazda3 2.0L auto is at 26-27 MPG city this winter.

We're all disapointed as this is the worst consistant MPG we have all experienced.

This has also been a cold, snowy winter compared to years past...

Winters are always cold here...This is nothing new here in Rochester. Usually the Southern Tier is even colder still.
