Ford is putting in a refurbished tyranny. I hope that's good for about as long as new?
The original had over 60k on it anyway so everybodies happy.

That is outrageous, you should contact the state consumer protection agency, as it appears that this specific shop needs to be forced out of business its repeated gross negligence, it seems to me it borders on criminal.

Glad to hear that you are getting the vehicle repaired at on cost to you, that is how it should be.
