Do you feel it?

Many years ago, when pretty much all I drove were under-powered 4 cylinders with manual trannys, yes, I did believe I could 'feel' the new oil. Maybe I WAS "spiritually in tune" with my car back then.

Or maybe, it was just placebo...

I don't know, now.

I do know this, however. And maybe somebody can explain why.

It is quite a bit harder to wash virgin oil off your hands than used oil.

Dont really feel it but i do feel more "confident" when revving the heck out of it with fresh oil. Hahahahaha

I used to feel a difference(older cars) but I think most of it is in my head. I would also use a fuel system cleaner at the same time so maybe it wasn't in my head because I was doing a couple things at the same time(air filter when necessary as well).

I have noticed it with Red Line oil and Royal Purple oil only.
