I've found a lot of gel and corrosion in my KTM500, I've never really checked it properly because it's never given an issue before.
But it looks like someone's mixed PG and EG and it's turned to gel.

I want to flush it, but it's pretty stubborn stuff! I was thinking about running some bi-carb and Vinegar, would anyone forsee any issue with this? Would it even work?

I have a similar problem, if your doing the work have at it.

If you can throw away the hoses, radiator and replace, otherwise yeah vinegar and lots of flushing.

Once the gel is gone you might get lots of leaks
