I agree 100% that a low nose is fundamental to good open-wheel design. Also, those 90's CART cars looked and sounded incredible... and had 1,000 HP... and had a clutch pedal and gearshift... holy cow! I remember seeing those cars race in Detroit quite a few times. They were awesome.
