Love the space-age steering wheel...note the rear view mirror.

Well, it's not my car....but I'm sure the owner gets tons of looks anytime he takes this car out for a spin. I saw it today at our company picnic and was just stunned at the lines and it's beauty. I'm not into performance cars much and much prefer old beauties like this one. Classic styling very much in the flavor of it's time. Wish I owned it.

I'm just always pleased to be reminded about all the "other" cool cars that were built in the past. Everyone always focuses on the popular classics like the muscle cars, but I'd be just as happy to own one of these as I would a Camaro. Someday maybe.

Beautiful car. Styling looks like it was a year or two behind the impala of that era, but that does not take away from its attractiveness.

If I remember the book correctly, Christine was a Plymouth Fury.

And according the Wikipedia, it was a 1958 Plymouth Fury.

yep pretty simillar

Very nice car. I like the steering wheel, and the front seat. The two tone paint, and the lines of the car are very nice. Plus I was born in 1961......
