Which oil for 1994 LS400; QS or PZ choices

For 4,500 mile OCI, I would run any API 5w-30, dino or synthetic of whatever brand is on the shelf. The ST or Toyota filter is fine too.

Can't find dyno at Walmart and any dynos will be as much or more as supertech full syn

I still don't understand this whole penzoil and quaker state thing.. why would i run quaker state (the lesser brand) when I can get regular penzoil black label full synthetic for the same exact price? Granted it's quaker state advanced vs regular penzoil. So the real question is which one of these oils provide longer service life and handle harsh conditions better? The top of the line qs or the basic penzoil fully syn

Between the two I doubt you will see any difference. Either one will serve you well for 4500-5000 mile intervals
