Which of these oils would be best for my vehicle?

Yes the 10W50, Penrite HPR 10, is a good oil and suitable for your application, It is a full synthetic with SN & A3/B4 plus many OEM specs like BMW LL-01, it's high zinc (1080 ppm) and high TBN (10) and high SAPS (1,21 %) which I like.

It's 10W cold cranking (CCS @ -25C) is 6574 cP out of a possible 7000 cP max , so it's got a strong / heavy base oil mix. It's KV100 is 18.6 cSt, so it's a big thicker than the SynPower 10W50 I was just looking at.

It's a good oil.
