The PF64 is too short for this truck 5.3L engine, which calls for a PF63E originally, the longer version of the PF64.
I don't think Fram has any 22-psi-bypass PF63E equivalent, except for their racing oil filter, the Fram HP19, which filters very well (94% @ 20 microns) but is kinda expensive, around $18 I think, and usually you can only get it from summitracing.com or amazon.com, mail-order.

Actually, Wix says their regular 10255 filters much better than their own XP, not an opinion here, just plain old published data on the internet.
