One of the most logical way is to use appropriate sized drill bit shank (not the pointy end) inside the bleeder hole and then the six point closed end wrench or six point pass through socket and few choice taps. This after Kroil/PB etc.
The bleeder hole makes it easy to twist off and break the bleeder. By putting the drill bit, you prevent that from happening.
That is the theory. I have NOT tried it personally but engineer in me says that is most sound approach to the problem at hand.
