What all-seasons have the best winter traction??

I believe there's enough difference between the snows and all seasons that when you actually need the traction, the car will behave in a manner that may be very unexpected. Like oversteering instead of understeering.

Cooper Zeon RS3A, Continental Extreme Contact DWS, Nokian enTyre/enTyre 2.0(ebay/simple tire).

Personally had those tires and they handled snow fine. Continentals and Coopers were on AWD cars but the Nokians were on FWD. Unless it's a full winter tire, you're gonna lose considerable traction once the tread wears below 6/32nds.
