Lol the old stuff must not have been the multi vehicle formula, i spilled lots on my plastic sheet and it didn't smell bad at all. I think I used dexron 6 last time. The maxlife smells just like the qmi multi vehicle stuff we had in the shop when I worked there.

BTW I will be opening up the filter at some point to look inside if anyone's interested in that kind of fluid porn.
