My sister just moved a few weeks ago . Four guys , two trucks . They charged by the hour and they didn't mess around . Actually came in under the estimate . I think they went above and beyond what was expected . She gave them 50 apiece and they were very grateful .

I hired some guys to trim trees at my house and haul away for the agreed price.
They did more than I asked them to do and I gave each $50.
