FE is iron. Unless he is talking about fuel economy.

You can keep your CAFE brew. I (usually) prefer a 30 weight, for my climate. And my bearings and timing chain do too.

No! Fe is the chemical symbol for iron, just as Na (NOT NA) is the symbol for sodium.
