Here they are still about 38,000.

Yeah, that's what I'm seeing here as well. They start at around $38K and go up from there.

I know. Even considering the high miles, it's still worth more than $28K. I'd be scratching my head wondering what's wrong with it, but maybe they are just not that desirable in Canada...

Go to trader.ca and put in Toronto as your location, set the range to 500Km and then see what you can find in a CTS-V. I'm thinking they are possibly cheaper up here????
