20W-50 itself wouldn't be a problem in Egypt.
Only meeting API SJ means that it would be considered a fairly old product by global standards.
Not sure what engine your Mitsubishi Lancer has, as there are number of engines that have been sold in that car globally. Most posters here would likely prefer a full synthetic motor oil for a low-displacement 4-cylinder engine. If it has a turbocharger, then synthetic lubricants are pretty much considered mandatory.
