Still confused on oil for VW V6 engine

Bingo. ~$2.5K in refunds and counting.....

Why would FCP Euro continue to take back used oil and replace it with new oil? Seems like a bad business decision. What does the USPS charge to ship 5 qts. of used oil?

Why do credit card companies give cash back? Simple. Folks spend more...far more than the cash back. FCP revenue has increased substantially over the last several years...they aren't loosing money here. I use pirateship...it's not much for an oil change...maybe ten bucks to return it.
