workmate bought a hilux from the same place, and when they drilled the holes to fit his tonneau cover, thy gave haim a couple of complementary misdrills as well.

I allowed a dealer to do the first oil change in the Ram. It was a rather pride decision because the oil filter and drain plug was torqued on so right a guerilla would not been able to loosen them.

Same with our Cruze - I gave up on breaking it and ordered both a new drain plug and long handle 6 point box end.
Still had to "warm up" plug with small hammer ...
This dealer has good mechanics but lets the car wash boys do $29.95 oil changes ...
