I see nothing wrong with the Lambo driver or his attitude. I'm sure you would read his tone as condescending if you approached the vehicle/video with the tone of "what an idiot rich boy, riding with no plates. Gonna make an example of him!"

No State or Province tag, if I understood it correctly, so seems like probable cause to stop driver.

Unusual fact situation follows.

Guy in the Lambo was polite; apparently has paperwork in order. Cop let him get away with TWICE suggesting that cop was confused or ignorant of the law.

Both go on their way.

Not really sure what the point is.
