This was on the 6.0 Tahoe with 4,279 miles on the interval. Trying out 0W-40 FS... looking to nail down a good winter/cold oil. The Delo/T6 did fine in our most recent cold stretch. But we don't see that cold compared to some places.

Curious minds would like to know how long have you been running 5W-30?

Since I bought it at 36k. I've toyed with the idea of jumping to a 5/0w40 but haven't yet. Haven't done an analysis or anything but seems to hold up okay and don't smell a large amount of fuel when I do the oil change.

As an aside these are turbocharged 2.5s, which call for 5W30.

Did a ooopppsss. Be careful jacking the front. Dented the front o2 sensor. Checking engine indicated it. Scavenger hunt to find one. Hopefully the NGK equipment from autozone will last.

Happens to the best of us. IIRC OE is usually Denso, but I can’t see a NGK of being such egregious lesser quality. You’ll probably be good. Not like an eBay special.
