When we travel, I either wear a money belt under my shirt or a photographer's vest with pockets all over that zip up. I se the inside pockets for the wallet.

I did an Internet search for pick-pocket proof wallet, and not much came up.
Looks like the most effective method is using your front pocket.
Just like freezing your credit report to prevent identity thieft.
And if traveling in a foreign country, take extra precautions.
