Saw one today filling the tanks of a local gas station. No big deal but when he was done he pulled into the pumps and filled up with diesel fuel.
Funny I never seen one fill up at a gas station...

Yup, they have to fill up somewhere and they cant fill at the terminal unless the terminal has pumps. Back when we sold fuel we had one delivery driver that liked to fill his truck here after he loaded us because his boss always overcharged us That way we could get some of our money back

One less stop to make, if he is delivering far away then he has to pump up before he can return anyways.

What be really funny is the truck running a hose from the delivery tanks to the smaller tanks for his engine!

I used to fill mine at the closest station as do most others in town. The price of diesel was $.50 cheaper than the truck stop.

The speed that those hoses dump fuel would over fill a 150 gallon tank in a second or 2
