Newest GM 6094M/4718M list ??

I've searched every website I can find, but I can't find GM's latest list. I think the newest date is Feb 2008, but I haven't been able to locate it anywhere. If somebody has it in the (PDF form prefered) form I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Vavoline synthetic was added around the first of Dec 08 and Castrol Edge was added around Feb 09.

why are there so many good synthetics in the standard oil section. were they not qualified or did they not cut the mustard?
