Right. Heck barely see any Versas or mirages on the road. Those are the 2 cheapest msrp vehicles you could buy last year. Yet they are small (for USA standards) and under equipped and under powered
So if people truly wanted bare bones cheap cars there would be more. Surely Mitsubishi and Nissan would grab the reins and turn a volume profit for this stuff
But plenty of Denali trim GMCs and other high line vehicles being bought
The manufacturers love selling these highly optioned rides. Cause more $$$$
