Are we still talking 5W30s here?
Have seen around 10% for M1 5W30 a few times, including the PQIA.
M1 5W30 EP was 9% per the Russian Oil Club and (IIRC) an Amsoil study.
M1 5W30 AP was 8.5% according to the PQIA.
M1 5W30 ESP Formula was around 6% by the ROC and another source I lost track of. Don't know Noack loss for the new ESP.
yes i do tnx wonder whats the noack on the valvoline synpower and castrol start stop both 5w30
Valvoline Advanced 5W-30 (in USA market) says the Noack is 9.3%. Probably the same stuff you see over there (SynPower, which is what Advanced use to be called). It's also dexos1 Gen2 SN Plus rated, and has HTHS of 3.2. All the good stuff, and has some Moly in the formulation. Just try some and see how it works, that's the only way you're going to see - all the advice here just goes in circles after awhile.
