It may have been that the truck was blocking his driveway or it may have been the noise woke the old codger up from his nap.

One thing about old people is they are typically on atleast 4-6 different prescription meds and meds keep getting stronger with more and more adverse side effects.
Atleast that is what I would argue if I was his defense attorney.
