Well, we did a wet compression test and the numbers didn't change much so it appears to be worn valves. So we've moved out of the oil topic relevance to mechanical (therefore this thread probably doesn't belong here anymore), but I think I still will try some Restore anyway. Couldn't hurt. Not sure if I will also go to a thicker oil. It appears the 10w30 was doing fine.
