Body shop techs have a lot of tool box art. A badge for every make, model, and trim glued to their boxes. Some do it nicely, some look messy. The messy guys are usually rummaging in their bondo dust covered toolbox filled with fasteners to find something.

Personally I prefer no decorations. If you ever go into the service department of a Penske service center or body shop, you will never see any box art. IIRC their toolboxes and most of the tools are provided by the company. Super clean shops, uniformed techs, and a guy driving a floor cleaner every evening.
