I still see Louisville Metro PD Crown Vics very occasionally-- but pretty sure they're relegated to spare vehicle / non-patrol duty at this point. Tauruses are being replaced quickly with Explorers, even in my local (rural) area.

Wow! I didn't know that there were any Interceptors still in service. I haven't seen one on, still in law enforcement use, in many, many years.

The small town I grew up in had Ford LTDs with the 429 big blocks-and Newtown (OH) legend has it that an engine from one may have made passes down the local drag strip… In another car… On weekends when the cruiser was in for service…
