Yup, sure does. If this is anything like we saw with the SN version, it will take ages for folks to see the new bottles on shelves. I think it was like a year for us here in Canada, lol.

The supercar is the old esp corvette 0w40. That one only had dexos cert toOdd. I looked at M1 0W-40 Supercar and it only had listed DexosR approval with no meets/exceeds table.
Maybe a rushed PDS temporary placeholder
I don't know if - Supercar - is a viable option for you guys using this type of "full saps" lube.

The typical properties didn't change, which is good. I assume it's only a tweak to the detergents in the additive package:

Oil additive blends change and Quaker State 5W-40 is an SP and A3/ B3. Thereare posted U O As posted where we can see the add package is an SN+ an SP add package.I said on paper because from my understanding , the FS 0w40 is a full saps oil, and I don’t see how a full saps oil can get the SP rating.
The oil has both A3/B4 and API SP rating. And since it’s now SP rated, is it now a mid saps oil? Or is it still a full saps oil, and if so how is it an SP oil?
Isn't the most recent one from like 2019?I'm waiting for them to update the product guide.
I was having some fun with the Windows 11 screen capture tool and my mouse. I was wondering if I could get anyone to laugh at it. Glad I didBetter question...
How long before you quit grade school with that writing ???
Just messing with you man. .
How about 0w-40?Direct cut and paste from the Shell web site, for Shell Helix Ultra 5W40 (= Pennzoil Platinum Euro)
Specifications: API SP/CF; ACEA A3/B3, A3/B4; BMW LL-01; MB approval 229.5, 226.5; VW 502.00/505.00; Porsche A40; Renault RN0700, RN0710; PSA B71 2296, Ferrari. Meets the requirements of Fiat 9.55535-Z2 and Chrysler MS-10725
yes indeedNow that, is an ugly bottle
We only get the 5W40 in Australia, just showing it's possible to be API SP (with LSPI protection) and ACEA A3/B4 (full SAPS) and keep your Porsche A40 approval. They are not mutually exclusive, but the final product is up to the formulators. How about 0w-40?
Maybe it passed as high dose ZDDP and a higher HTHS is an LSPI quencher.
Or Maybe XoM employed the old 'up with the Mg and down with Ca compound' see-saw trick.
edited: just saw a photo where it had an API Donut on the back of the jug.
VOA or UOA time !
