Did Mobil 1 Euro 0W40 go backwards? SP > SN

Earlier this year, I bought a box of M1 0W40 from Costco. On the back, it is labeled API Service SP.

Today, I went to get some more, but now it's API Service SN. Doesn't say SP anywhere.

Looking at various retailers online, they all show SN on the back.

Could it be that it is no longer API SP rated?

Per the API ELOCS directory it is SP. I don’t think it can be relicensed as API SN.
