Oil Stripes don't lie! Though I had a 2012 F150 3.5L Ecoboost in & it left quite the trail pulling it in to diagnose the mis-stabbed RH turbo oil supply tube.

They do a massive number of oil changes. They do it quick so likely leave the car underside dripping with used oil from filter removal. And over time they will build tracks like this, except for the first photo.

I checked my local one, absolutely zero tracks. And most of the ones in the GTA, and there are about 30, are clean. The above two were the only ones that looked like they do.

This one looked suspicious. Google sleuthing indicates that this complex is called Auto Spa Mississauga. The bottom two bays with the heavy streaking are the exits from the car wash. Jiffy Lube is in the complex but those aren’t their exit doors.

Phew, well, that's a bit better, though you can still see some pretty heavy streaking coming from the top two middle doors, the 3rd door tracks are much lighter.
