Apparently Ford has changed the spec for the 2007 Fusion 5 speed trans. When I bought mine all that was said was the FNR-5 ATF. But like I said, I have used M1 ATF all along with great results.

I just looked up my copy of the Ford ATF chart that bcardinal posted above and it showed M5 (not MV) for the FNR5 transaxle. Was dated May of 2015, so it's obviously changed since then.

I guess I'm not too old to learn............yet.
