I do not like the way BITOG is now coming up on my windows 10 computer.

The display is similar to what it was previously before I had logged in, only now I am logged in.

Also there is nothing to click on to bring up "my posts" or "saved threads" and there is nothing to click on to save a thread for future reference.

I do not know what was changed but several of the things that this site had before are missing.

It's a common theme, sites updated to more modern look and feel that actually makes them worse. Another big, recent example is the new Reddit interface. I see nothing redeeming about the new BITOG look and feel; it seems less functional and more bloated.

I'm sure donations would be appreciated and also helpful

I have a vision in my head of software companies where burned-out overweight old hippies in hawaiian shirts with pony tails and sandals sit around all day playing video games. Near the end of the month, they realize they will have to show something for the way they've used their time, and they slap together some color changes, font changes, and rearrange the arrangement of the website. They then unveil their consumer-driven, heavily researched, all-encompassing 'interface improvement program'. Because it was done on the fly and never tested, it works like crapolla. I've seen things that look like this over and over. That's the only way I can imagine some of these things happen.

While we might not really want it, this is change we can believe in.

Well I guess it's either time to move or go into prefereneces and set your time zone. I guess it lost the setting in the conversion. Mine was set to UTC-00:00. Once I set it back, it's fine.

You have it in reverse. The sandals, pony tail guys are the ones sleeping under their desks trying to get things done before impossible deadlines set by corporate.
Software changes across several common platforms force sites to adapt. An android phone will have differences in displaying BITOG compared to an android tablet. This sort of thing creates issues that "updates" hope to at least decrease.
That being said, I too prefer the old setup but I know that the new setup will probably change again even sooner.

Constructive criticism, it was better before. I find it harder on the eyes, and at times annoying to navigate.

I think the new look is a bit generic but, seems similar to other sites.
I wish for more color options so I can set it up to my preference.
