We are much cooler here today.
The high was maybe 95F, and it is now 86F.
We had a pleasantly cool night last night after the storm.
It's cloudy now, but there is no sign of impending weather.

I think w/ the (considerable) humidity factored in it felt like 36C here (across a river and a few blocks from Detroit), which equates to somewhere around 96F if my cypherin' is accurate.

91 today and dry as usual. In another couple of weeks we will begin our 100+ days. Thankfully no humidty issues though. But dang it gets hot.

Around here, every day topped out at about 88 degrees this week. At a nearby hill three miles away in Pasadena it is about 79 degres at this moment, and in Arcadia about 5 miles from here it is 95.

The problem is, when the sun is right overhead it cooks, and that is what goes on every year in my apartment, which is on the top floor.

In Indio at this moment it is 110.8 F.

Phoenix 108 with 9% humidity. About normal for us. I grew up in Chicago and lived in Minneapolis before moving here and I will take the higher heat with low humidity over 90 degrees and high humidity.

101 in Richmond today. We lost our power last night at 10pm due to 70mph winds. Still isn't back on, luckily the inlaws live nearby as I'm sure it is at least 100 in my house now.

Today high 78 low 60, the next 4 days high 70-71 low 60-61. We don't have to turn on the fan(s) yet, we don't have A/C because we don't really need it for more than 4-5 days a year. We just open all windows in the evening to let cool air in then close it in the early morning to keep hot air out.

Our electric bills usually higher in winter than in summer, because we turn on the light earlier and longer in winter.

+1000

It's been 90-100°+ lately in Denver but CO is dry. I'll be visiting family in Cedar Rapids, IA in early August and don't look forward to the humidity.

103 in the shade today here in va beach. 101 yesterday. Thats where my temp sensor is anyway. Started sweating instantly walking to the car.

Went to a small car show today. Temp on the car gauge said 110F.

Yesterday the gauge held at 114F most of the trip home.

Yes, this is super hot, BUT, it's dry air. I couldn't imagine this weather if humidity was up there.
