they have a 1-800 number to call, ask them if they could ship to you in Canada.

my fluid was only 1.66 a bottle.

I second the method posted by Kestas. The factory fill in My 99 Civic was in there for over 125k miles before I got around to it. I did the flush TWICE to keep the new fluid from turning dark. 4 bottles of 12oz/ea is plenty per flush. Fresh, it has the color of vegetable oil. After 125k miles, it was like cola. No diff in P/S behaviour. Just peace of mind i guess.

I changed the fluid again using the remove the return hose method, the fluid in the reservoir had discolored after about 1000 miles of driving so I just waited until the weekend to do the flush.

Used three bottles to flush and 1.5 to refill.

Now will run for about 15000 miles and change it again at that time (about 100,000 on vehicle then)
