Good low to no sugar mayonnaise recommendations

While I like Duke’s for most applications, it’s not my favorite for making pimento & cheese or tuna salad. For those two salads, I prefer Blue Plate mayonnaise.

Been reading and cannot find many low sugar or no sugar mayonnaise. Thank You all in advance.
If you have a food processor, make your own.

Crack one egg in the bowl, add a tablespoon of lemon juice, half a tea spoon salt and two tablespoons of mustard. Start the motor on low speed and very slowly add one cup of olive oil. Run it until it thickens and you have 1.5 cup of mayonnaise. The whole thing will take less than 5 minutes.

If you want more creamy, don't use the egg white and use the yolk instead.

Not sure Hellmans (Best Foods) used to have sugar.

I don't know when most of these companies started using soybean oil in darn near everything, but I think it has altered the taste of mayo and other condiments. Mayo has changed in the last few years IMO.

I think Hellman's ingredient list used to be:

Vegetable oil
Egg yolks
Spices
Here is a Hellmans label from 1997. Soybean oil and sugar. Most commercial vegetable oil has been soybean oil for a long time.
