GM 9 speed fluid

I’m going to likely do 30k spill and fills on my 9t50. Lots of conversation whether to use dex vi or hp but it appears dex vi is the correct fluid.

That being said, is there a favorite approved dex vi? Prefer full synthetic but you all know best.

Anything that is licensed to the Dexron spec your transmission calls for will be fine

I believe that all licensed DEXRON VI ATF is synthetic

I used valvoline in my bmw with a gm transmission. It is licensed and readily available at walmart.

M1 LV HP blue label in my '20 Traverse 9 speed at a 30k drop and fill. No issues at 35k currently. It's full synth. also.
