Yes the Elantra and Kona N have the same engine. There's no new off the lot version because they stopped making them in 2022 but Hyundai dealers put garbage semi synthetic 0w20 Quaker state in unless they are a good dealership where they will have their own oil specifically for Ns but that's different from dealer to dealer, I've heard a lot use Pennzoil 0w30 though.What is the oil that a new off-the-lot 2023 version of your car calls for? Remind me...SP gives you what again?

My take is simply that unless you are beating the snot out of it, basically whatever the OE calls for is just fine. Beating the snot out of it = road course track use....not a few WOT fun pulls around town or running a mountain road.
The manual itself you can see in the first post, calls for Quaker state SN+/SP or ACEA C2 0w30 to 20W50
