I've heard ads recently on the radio about a new process where they freeze portions of fat in your body, and then the body eliminates them. When I first heard it, I thought it sounded pretty crazy, but I Googled it, and sure enough, it's a thing.
Look, I admit that I'm overweight, but I'm just not sure that I like the idea of carrying necrotic tissue around in my body. The commercial said that the freezing kills the fat cells, and then they're eliminated. That sounds revolting. I've lost nearly 10 lbs. recently just from being on an almost completely fat-free diet to keep my gallbladder from exploding. So if I really wanted to lose weight, I'd certainly take an approach other than having my fat sucked out or frozen to death.
