Fram Extra Guard PH3600 - 7500 miles cut open

Fram PH3600 - 7500 miles, came off a neighbor's 2006 Jeep Commander 3.7L. It had Supertech 15w40 since this thing burns about as much oil as gas. There are one or two pleats with some wide spacing, but they were firmly secured to the media, ADBV looked great, overall this filter looked great. Replaced it with the same oil/filter.

I’ve used a lot of those and the GM equivalent 3980, great values.

Yeah, this is a good one. I like the 3600, and the pleats were fairly close together.

I've decided to move to the TG3600, which I have read here has more pleats than the PH3600, and I can keep it in longer as well.

I've run the 3600 quite a bit as a larger option to the 3614 on my Jeep JK Wrangler. Never had an issue. I'm back to the 3614, but the 3600 seemed to serve well. This is great to see!

Have a couple of these in my stash for the 2 Scion's in the fleet.
Work just fine for my 5,000 mile intervals.
