CT8 - You CAN do it. Start with a single step. I started on a treadmill and worked up to 3 miles on a 15% incline. I grew tired of the same scenery and moved outside and worked up to 10 miles per day. I have kept the 10, but switched to K instead of M and so, weather permitting, I do 10Km, (6.2 miles) per day without stopping. Anything more than that via walking at work is a bonus.
