first use of Fram filter

I hear ya. It makes me sad...I've been using Wix for 30 years, but they are no longer what they once were. I think I'll probably switch over to Champ XL.

I have really been impressed with the ChampXL and the price on RA is incredibly cheap too

Started using Fram in 1968..

That car, thru it's life, has probably had tons of Fram filters on it and probably orange cans....back in those days Fram was the preferred filter that everyone used.
