I was looking at a home telescope on Amazon and went to the ask a question section.
The silliest questions were
"Will this telescope work anywhere in the world?
Answer "yes it will anywhere there is a sky"

"I followed all the directions and all I see is black when pointed to the sky"
Answer "Remove the lens cap"

Are people really this thick?
 
Reminds me of the troubles the USSR had with their Venus Venera landers. Some lens caps refused to come off and on one where the cap did come off properly it fell exactly where the lander’s probe was to sample the surface.

Yes, you should go read the reviews on Yankee Candle. Lots of people saying it sucks because they can't smell any scent.

I had a customer come back because "the centre dash screen doesn't work since you did the service". Boss called me outside, I got in and pressed the "power" button... there you go. All electrics are turned off during a service especially if there's a software upgrade involved.

So both the client and the owner of the workshop were pretty thick...
