Change the timing belt every 100K with a Gates kit(or OEM parts) and a OEM Honda water pump along with checking the valve clearance every 30K on these era of Honda is a easy recipe to see 200K-300K easy. Along with fluid changes and new plugs every now and then.

Just an update, Civic is still going strong with 151,000 miles with just regular maintenance and i'm done with high school

Are you going to college? Congrats on finishing H.S.

Don't forget to replace the pcv valve since it's often over looked.
